He has led more than 3,500 brand activations, closed over 100,000 customers face to face, and built a $1.2 million airport channel at Denver International Airport in seven months. That field experience is the foundation behind GRRIPS™ and GEN-SE™, frameworks that convert behavioral psychology into repeatable, trainable sales structure.
Today, David architects go-to-market systems for B2B services, biotech SaaS, and growth-stage companies. He builds pipeline infrastructure, sales playbooks, outbound engines, and CRM workflows, then connects them so the whole system runs as one. He also serves as a Senior Solutions Consultant at a leading sales intelligence platform, bringing enterprise-level GTM thinking to every JHD engagement.
AI Systems Architect • The Brain Behind Argus AI™
Drew is the technical architect behind everything JHD builds. He is a full-stack systems engineer who previously held Q clearance at Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s Y-12 National Security Complex, where he worked on nuclear R&D systems that demanded absolute precision, speed, and resilience. He is the architect behind Argus AI™, a standalone live sales auditing system that makes field performance visible, measurable, and coachable in real time.
Drew currently serves at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex, where he is implementing the Golden Dome initiative and integrating AI into U.S. Air Force operations. He holds a current Secret clearance. At JHD Group, he brings that same defense-grade rigor to backend architecture, AI development, and the intelligent systems that power every client engagement.
